Writers – Are They All EFL?

One of the links on the website is a page that profiles the editors that work for Essay Edge. All of them possess a minimum of a BA from an American college or university. If these are the only editors in use, then they all appear to be EFL editors.

On-site EssayEdge testimonials indicate satisfaction with the editors who have reviewed and edited their pieces of writing.

We ordered an editing of an essay we wrote and found the process relatively easy. We uploaded the essay and an editor was assigned who then sent an edited version of the essay. There was not a lot of discussion with the editor, just her comments and suggestions revisions.

Assistance and Help

The company can be contacted in three ways – by phone chat and email. We tried all three before we placed our order The reps were friendly but rather scripted in their responses to our questions. Anything that veered from the normal questions was difficult for them to answer. We were prompted to just go ahead and place the order and then our questions would be answered later. Not a wonderfully comforting response.

We were unable to find any other specific perks offered, even for returning customers.

We found a number of EssayEdge service reviews on the web. While customers were generally satisfied with the products they received, many had hoped for more personal attention from ad communication with their editors. Responses were slow.

Is EssayEdge.com legit? Yes, it is. While its services are limited, it does provide those services, and the edited piece we received back was adequate for a high school admission essay for college.

However, in terms of overall EssayEdge ratings provided by customers, the company does an adequate job and provides editors that do have some expertise. The fact that there is also an Essay Edge BBB membership speaks to their legitimacy. For students looking for substantial writing assistance, Essay Edge is not a good choice.
